DIERKS GRANTS CHRISTMAS WISH

For months, I have been weaving in a "tweet" now and then (between the "VOTE" tweets) to our president, Dierks Bentley, to request that he please "follow" his DB Congress on Twitter, each time to no avail. Although he has replied to us a few times via Twitter, he had never clicked on "follow" officially.

Last week, with all the Christmas songs playing on the radio, I couldn't get that song - "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth..." - out of my head!

So I tried one last attempt on Christmas Eve:

@dbcongress: @DierksBentley All we want for Christmas is our @dbcongress president, @DierksBentley, to "Follow" us!

And I asked all our DBC reps to RT (retweet) my request. Thank goodness Stephanie (DBC rep in California RT'd it!) That's the one he chose to reply to!

Lo and behold, there we are! We are officially on his "following" list of icons in the top left!

And the next day, I had to check again to make sure I wasn't dreaming, and what to my wondering eyes should appear, our icon is still there!
