DIERKS BENTLEY'S' MM4K CONFIRMS ARTISTS FOR TEXAS EVENT

We told you about Dierks Bentley's upcoming Miles and Music For Kids event in Texas a few months ago. A few artists have been confirmed: Roger Creager, Brandon Rhyder, Kristen Kelly and the Modern Day Drifters and three more artists are still TBA!

The Miles and Music for Kids Benefit in Dallas/Ft Worth will take place on Sunday, April 25th. It will begin @ Harley-Davidson of North Texas (1845 N. I-35E Carrollton, TX 75006) Registration starts @11am, ride leaves @ 2PM & ends @ Billy Bob’s Texas (2520 Rodeo Plaza Fort Worth, TX 76164-8298) Music starts @ 3PM.

Over the past 4 years Dierks has raised over a million dollars for Children’s Hospitals within the Children’s Miracle Network from the proceeds of Miles and Music for Kids. There are so many people served by the Children's Hospitals across the country and Galley Winter, the #1 Online Source for Texas music, would love to hear your stories! If you've already got your tickets for the event, just click on the link above and post on the Galley Winter website that you're going! That's it! You'll be registered for an upgrade package for 2! Including ticket upgrades, drink tickets and 2 event t-shirts! So if you haven't gotten your tickets yet, go ahead and get them and then enter at galleywinter.com! If you win tickets from the first contest, you're automatically entered to win the upgrade as well!

DIERKS BENTLEY BRINGS MILES AND MUSIC FOR KIDS TO TEXAS

Dierks Bentley's Miles and Music For Kids event originated in Nashville, Tennessee, but our DB Congress president is providing a chance for fans to participate around the U.S. this year. The first two events (Nashville and Phoenix) in a series of six already raised nearly $500K for the kids in the Children's Miracle Network (children's hospitals) in 2009.

The Texas event will be April 25, 2010, beginning with the registration at 11 a.m., then the ride, lead by Dierks from the Harley-Davidson of North Texas in Carrollton. Dierks and friends will close with a 3 p.m. concert at Billy Bob's Texas (Ft. Worth), which has been named the country music club of the year an amazing 10 times--three times the CMA Club of the Year and seven times the ACM Club of the Year.

Dierks Bentley Fan Club members will have an opportunity for presale tickets for this event at dierks.com. According to the admin, Morgan, "When there are multiple presales (for radio, venue, fan club, etc) we hold a block of reserved tickets for our fan club members. This means that you are NOT competing against any other presales for the seats. You are just competing against other fan club members to get the best of the best that we have to offer you. We will post more information the very minute it is available to us, but hopefully this helps!"

Now, if we can get dates for the Altanta, Chicago and Seattle MM4K soon, that will make my day!
