Dierks Honors Pink Floyd

Dierks delivered in a big way on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night!  Team Lonesome was asked to take part in a week-long tribute to Pink Floyd on the talk show.  Dierks' performance of "Wish You Were Here" was strikingly beautiful and heartfelt, proving the versatility of himself and of the band.

"I was born in 1974, and my sister is three years older than me, so all that 80's music is nostalgic to me" Dierks told "Country music is 90 percent of what I've listened to since I was 17 years old, but Pink Floyd is one of the greatest rock bands of all time... we'll but some fiddle and steel guitar on 'Wish You Were Here' and Gram Parsons it up and see how it goes."

I'd say it went VERY well.  If you missed it, you can watch it right here!
